None, actually... my companion is an engineer and he says "for an oven of this size, it performs properly, is quiet, and heats evenly. Those who complain about it lacking power are likely expecting also substantially from such a compact oven."
THE UGLY:
1 complaint mentioned about the control panel (our unit included) is the poor contrast (background vs. foreground) on the section with the 'one-touch' buttons for popcorn, potato, soup, and so on... generating them difficult to read. Our solution was to memorize the position of the one particular (potato) button we use... no major deal. All the other keys are crisp and clear.
It appears Sanyo had quality control difficulties with screen printing in that section of the manage panel, for the reason that it does -not- take place on just about every unit. Some resellers discount the affected units down to $55.
